Tip 10: Recycling is good for SharePoint’s Environment Too

Did you know that there are 2 recycle bins in SharePoint? One bin that can be used by site users to recover items they have deleted for up to 30 days (customizable) after the item has been deleted and one that site collection owners can use to recover items any user of the site have deleted.
